I know there has been a lot of talk about the DNR reducing the daily limit of walleyes
to 3. I am against that reduction as it would definently have an impact on the areas
economy. Would you travel hundreds of miles for 3 walleyes? But I am in favor of
putting a slot limit on the lake to preserve the good fishing and help create a
larger sized walleye population. I would put the keeper slot at 13"-17"
and the release slot of any walleye over 17" and up to 20" as they are
your best reproduction fish. Also allow only one fish over 20".
What do you think?
