Minnesota state sales tax of 6.5% and Vermilion Lodging Tax of 3% will be added to your rental fee. 10% discount if both main cabin & cottage rented (Long weekends also available Sept-April)

Policies: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday Check out is at 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday Reservation Confirmed with a Deposit of $500 within 10 days of reservation and signed rental agreement. (Refundable only if cancellation received 30 days prior to reservation) Deposit will serve as a Damage Deposit and refunded 14 days after checkout, pending inspection and inventory check. Renters are responsible for the full cost of repair for damages incurred during their stay. Full rental due 10 days prior to arrival - check or cash only. No Smoking, except outside. Pets - we know they are a part of your family and respect that you want to include them in your vacation. We require an additional $200 damage deposit for pets - fully refundable 14 days after checkout pending inspection.
