It offers a sand beach area, private boat launch on-site for your convenience, large dock with plenty of water depth (6-8 feet) for boat parking, and no weeds by the shoreline.

Other Features Referral to a year round Lake Vermilion fishing guide available (a very respected guide). In winter - referral for ice fishing house rental on guide tested walleye spot available. Snowmobiles and x-country skiing - easy lake access. Large 2 acre lot - woods on both sides of yard for privacy. Guest Cabin Rates (based on 4 people) June, July, August $475 per week (only available with rental of main house in the summer) May and September $375 per week (if rented with main house) Note: Guest Cabin is not winterized. Electric Stove plus Space Heater provide all the heat. (Available All Winter- Low Rates Avail)

Policies: Absolutely No Smoking inside buildings please! Deposit required to confirm your reservation. Deposit check goes toward balance. 90 day deposit cancellation policy - deposit refund only if time rebooked. Pets - only dogs are allowed, owner approval required. An additional $200 damage deposit for your dog - fully refunded 7 days after check-out pending inspection by our cleaner. Guests are responsible to leave property clean and in same condition as beginning of occupancy period. Guests are responsible to behave in a manner not to create a nuisance to neighboring properties.
