Policies
Check in time 3:00 PM
Check out time 10:00 AM
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday
$50 service charge on all cancellations and returned checks.
Advance deposit $400 per week to be received 7 days from booking, only refundable
if cancellation is received more then 8 weeks prior to reservation.
Deposit will be applied to rental.
You are expected to pay for the time reserved whether you stay the entire time or not.
Check or cash only. Full payment due before or upon arrival.
No smoking
Pets are not allowed in home. With respect to our other guests with allergies
we would like to encourage our guests to leave pets at home.
Guests bringing pets are responsible for clean up.
