    Policies:
  • Check-in is at 4 pm/Check-out is at 10 am the following Saturday.
  • Advance deposit of $400 within 10 days of reservation and signed rental agreement will hold requested dates (Refundable only if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to reservation or if cabin can be re-rented for your specific time).
  • Deposit will also serve as a damage deposit and will be refunded within two weeks of checkout, pending inspection. Renters are responsible for the full cost of repair for any damage during their stay.
  • Full amount of rental due 1 week prior to arrival
