Mission Statement

"The purpose of the organization shall be to promote and to advance the welfare of the Cook Area Hospital and Nursing Home through ways approved by the governing board of the hospital. This purpose shall be accomplished by interpretation of the hospital to the public through service to the hospital, nursing home and the patient and through fund raising in a manner satisfactory to the hospital governing board."

Membership is $3 a year or $50 for a lifetime membership. Membership can be active or supportive. Membership applications are available at the Thrift Shop, through membership Chairperson Judy Posch - 218-666-3150, or printing your own from HERE!

Participation by Active and Supportive members is outlined HERE!

Special raffles and silent auctions are held throughout the year for special events or projects.

2013 - $68,000 was donated or pledged to the hospital!
